These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the access, use, and ordering process through the online store for professional cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”), as well as the provision of related services. By visiting and using this website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, use of the site is not permitted.

1. Product Information and Orders

The Store provides users with access to a wide range of professional cosmetics. All products include detailed descriptions, current prices, and availability information. The Store’s administration reserves the right to modify the product range, prices, and promotional terms without prior notice. Orders are placed by adding selected items to the cart and completing the checkout form.

2. Purchase Methods

The buyer may place an order either online through the website or offline by visiting our retail store located at: Avenida Mar Mediterráneo 3, edificio 2. 29670 San Pedro de Alcantara, Malaga. In both cases, these Terms apply.

3. Order Confirmation and Processing

After the order is placed, a Store manager will contact the Buyer to confirm the details. Only after confirmation is the order considered accepted for processing.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer by:
– the Store’s in-house courier service (within available areas);
– third-party courier service SEUR;
– in-store pickup.
Delivery times depend on the delivery address and the chosen delivery method. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. The Store reserves the right to reject an order in case of incorrect data or inability to fulfill it.

6. Personal Data Protection

All personal data provided by the Buyer while using the site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Returns and Exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and complete.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Products of inadequate quality may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the consumer protection laws of Spain.

8. Liability

The Store is not responsible for:
– errors or inaccuracies in the data provided by the Buyer when placing an order;
– delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by third-party delivery services;
– individual intolerance to cosmetic product components.
The Store undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to keep website information up-to-date, ensure smooth service operation, and fulfill orders accurately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All relationships between the Buyer and the Store are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
In case of disputes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the court at the Seller’s place of registration.
