Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

You must report any damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If the damage is visible on the outer packaging upon delivery, you must notify us immediately.
After this period, claims for damages or defects will not be accepted.

Return or Exchange of Goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Important:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for unused items that are:

    • in their original packaging,

    • in perfect condition,

    • with all included accessories and documentation.

Returns are accepted only after prior confirmation with our customer service team. Please contact us to begin the process.

Return Shipping

If the return is not due to an error by KSM PRO BEAUTY, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
The product must be returned by any available method to the following address: Avenida Mar Mediterráneo 3, edificio 2.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming its proper condition.
